Cancellation And Refund Policy
- For weddings and school formals, we require a minimum of 15 days' notice for cancellations to avoid a 25% cancellation fee. For all other bookings, a minimum of 3 days' notice is required. Please note that security deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to locate your driver at the agreed pick-up point, a full refund will be provided. However, if the driver is present, and you do not arrive within 15 minutes or respond to communication attempts, the full charge will apply.

- In the event of difficulty locating our driver, a full refund will be promptly issued.
- If the client fails to appear within 15 minutes of the designated pick-up time or respond to our driver's communications, the full charge will be applicable.
- Additional fees may be incurred for any damage caused or if the vehicle is left in disarray during the journey.
- Ground transfers are subject to a base rate for pick-up and drop-off services, excluding extended waiting times.
- A service fee of $40 will be charged for every 10 minutes of delay, except for hourly bookings.

For Service Hire
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Confirmation of bookings will be provided upon receipt of the required deposit or payment.
- Deposit and Payment: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due according to the agreed terms outlined in the invoice. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 90 or more prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50%. No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the service may result in the forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.
- Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 Working days after approval. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
- Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate booking details, including pickup location, date, and time. Any additional charges incurred during the service, such as tolls or parking fees, will be the responsibility of the client.
- Service: Our company will make every effort to provide the agreed-upon service in a timely and professional manner. Any changes or modifications to the service must be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in writing.
- Liability: Our company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services, except where required by law.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sydney, Australia.

- Damages: Clients are liable for any damages caused to the hired vehicle during the service period. This includes stains, scratches, dents, or other damages due to client negligence. Clients agree to cover repair or cleaning costs determined by Sydney City Prestige Hire. Failure to report damages promptly may result in additional charges. Hire Car Sydney City reserves the right to withhold deposits or take legal action for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
